MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- A homeless man has been charged with setting fire to a Miami Beach bus shelter.
Police arrested 44-year-old Cedric Jones on Tuesday and charged him with first-degree arson to an occupied structure. Officers had been looking for him since last week, when he reportedly used gasoline and matches to set fire to a bus shelter where four people were sitting.
Police say Jones was described by witnesses and picked up on video. He was arrested after officers saw him at another bus
