SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) --
A 12-year-old boy has pleaded not guilty to the armed robbery of a Papa John's pizza delivery man in June.
Chatham County Juvenile Court Judge Patricia Stone will hear
testimony in the case beginning Wednesday.
Authorities say a Papa John's driver reported he was trying to
deliver a pizza at a house that looked vacant.
He says when he approached, a suspect appeared wielding a
shotgun and demanding the pizza.
The driver ran. Police say officers combing the area later found
the juvenile and the gun.
Police believe three other youths, including a 17-year-old, were
involved in the scheme.
