President Obama hit the fund raising circuit in Denver trying to drum up support for his campaign.
It was one of six fundraisers scheduled during his three-day Western swing.
The President wraps up the trip today at the University of Colorado where he'll announce another executive order. This one aimed at helping millions of college graduates pay back their student loans.
In California Tuesday, he stopped at "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" - and admitted, he's not paying much attention to the GOP field.
But with the Iowa caucuses just 10 weeks away, GOP candidates are doing everything to stay in the race and re-energize their campaigns.
Rick Perry is launching this 30-second spot in Iowa today, his campaign's first TV ad. It comes just a day after the Texas Governor unveiled an economic plan that includes a flat income tax, a lower corporate tax rate, and the option of private Social Security accounts.
But according to a new CBS News-New York Times poll, Perry has a lot of ground to make up. The one-time front runner is now in fifth place behind Herman Cain.
Cain currently holds a four point lead over Mitt Romney.
