SANFORD, FL -- A 29-year-old man surrendered to police a day after a shooting left one dead and three injured inside a central Florida home.
Sanford police spokesman David Morgenstern says Tremaine Patrick turned himself in at the police station Thursday. He is charged with murder and three counts of attempted murder and is being held without bail. Jail records do not list an attorney for him.
An Orlando newspaper reports one of the shooting victims is the nephew of former Major League Baseball player Tim Raines. The conditions of 29-year-old Levi Raines Jr., 34-year-old Milton Roebuck and 27-year-old Donte Whack were not available.
The newspaper says Levi Raines played running back for the Continental Indoor Football League's port Huron Predators.
Officials say 34-year-old Corey Donaldson died at the scene Wednesday.
