Obama to Expand Drilling Off Alaska, in Gulf

Washington, D.C. (AP) - The Obama administration will cautiously open up more areas in the Gulf of Mexico and off Alaska's coast to oil
and gas drilling.

The drilling plans are much narrower in scope than what the
administration had said it would consider prior to the Gulf oil
spill and what Republicans say is needed to create jobs.

Interior Secretary Ken Salazar said Tuesday the government will
hold 15 lease sales for areas in the Gulf of Mexico, including two
in the Eastern Gulf, and off Alaska's coast in 2012-2017. The
Alaska sales are the first since 2008.

The administration initially said it would explore drilling off
the Atlantic coast, and throughout the eastern Gulf.

Your tax dollars paid for oil investment in Brazil courtesy of Geo. Soros' business interests. BHO was in Brazil during part of the Gulf Deep Water disaster. More time was taken to care for this than needed. This is all a calculated move and for re-election. Notice this present venture is not as large an operation as it could be. Meanwhile, other countries are drilling in the Gulf that do not share the same safety procedures that we do. If there is a spill we will be impacted and faced with "cleaning up." Now, how are you feeling about the snake oil salesman in the Oval Office? Most intelligent people would be more concerned about energy issues than spout off about Democratic liberal bandwagon politics mindlessly. But not you. Learn to think independently. Support tea party ideology members are from many parties. Stop drinking Kool-Aid.

This is about grabbing more votes, that maybe the community organizers, union thugs and all the ones that votes many times have missed. He thinks that will make up for all the mess he has created. We are the laughing stock of the world. He should never, ever been elected. This is how stupid the voters are in this country.

You know this, I know this, most people know this, so will this actually help him get more votes? Maybe, but I doubt it will make enough difference to get him re-elected.

That crook has kept this decision until now thinking it will help him get re-elected. He is nothing but a failure and too dumb to get out the rain. His wisdom is flushed down the toilet each day.

Far too little but not too late to garner votes for him in 2012. What a sham.
