PHOENIX, AZ 11/23/2011 -- Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu (BAB'-yoo) says the body of one child was recovered and "it is not hopeful" there are any survivors because of the nature of Wednesday evening's crash and the ensuing explosion.
Babeu says 10 deputies spent the night on the mountain to keep it secure. They and other volunteers will start searching the rugged area at first light.
The sheriff asked hikers and curiosity seekers to stay away.
Babeu says some immediate family members are out of the country, so the names of those involved haven't been released.
He says the mother of the children lives in Pinal County.
