A toddler fell out of an SUV involved in a police chase over the weekend in Lubbock, Texas. Police say they found the SUV after they were told there were people inside with a rifle that had stolen purses from three people earlier that night.
After a short chase, the driver of the SUV lost control and the vehicle flipped. The toddler was then ejected from the vehicle. The child was able to stand-up and walk away from the incident.
Police later arrested 17-year old Kenny Jimenez, along with two 16-year old girls and a 14-year old boy. All four face several charges including organized crime and injury to a child.
