Tampa, Florida (AP) --
More than 175 suspects are being arrested after southwest Florida authorities busted a massive prescription drug ring.
Authorities started investigating "Operation Pill Popper II"
in July. According to Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives, the
suspects possessed or sold more than 100,000 Oxycodone pills.
Suspects were arrested on September 15 on 375 charges including doctor shopping and drug trafficking.
