ATLANTA (AP) Atlanta police say a Crime Stoppers tip led to the arrest in the Aug. 21 shooting of Kenneth Hagen. Police say Hagen suffered
non-life-threatening injuries when he was shot three times in the
torso.

Hagen was able to provide information to officers who arrived on
the scene.

Police say they arrested Terrance Hambrick on Sept. 2 for
probation violation. He is charged with aggravated battery,
aggravated assault, criminal attempt to commit armed robbery, and
theft by receiving stolen property.
