Jacksonville, Fla. -- The Amber Alert issued for 6-year-old Onnika Fisher has been cancelled after the child was located in Perry, GA, according to a Georgia Association of Broadcasters news alert.
According to the Jacksonville Police Onnika and her mother, Charity Chatman were located during a traffic stop in Perry, GA.
Chatman has been arrested on a warrant for interference with custody.

Jacksonville, FL - An Amber Alert has been issued for 6-year-old Onnika Fisher, abducted by her mother from the Jewish Family & Community Services Center in Lakewood.
Police say the abduction happened at 4:52 p.m., after a supervised visit at the center, located in the 6200 block of Dupont Station Court.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued the Amber Alert around 8:30 p.m.
Police are concerned because Onnika's mother, 38-year-old Charity Chatman, has a history of mental illness.
Investigators are looking for a 2000 Buick Century with an Ohio license plate: FPA-4958.
Onnika was last seen wearing a pink jacket with a white polka dot inner lining, and blue jeans. She had her hair up in a pony tail. She's 3'10" tall and weighs 53 pounds.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said Chatman has been known to frequent hotels, the Red Roof Inn in particular.
