The Tallahassee Police Department is investigating a series of commercial burglaries targeting apartment complex laundry facilities. The suspect/s are gaining entry into laundry facilities at various apartment complexes around town. Once inside they are prying open the laundry machines to access the coin deposit drawers. Since May 30th there have been approximately 12 similar burglaries. Anyone with information about these crimes, are asked to call the Tallahassee Police Department or Crime Stoppers. If you notice any suspicious persons or activity at your apartment complex, you are asked to call the Tallahassee Police Department at 891-4200.
