WCSO has now made two more arrests in a December 23 robbery of a Pizza Hut delivery woman in Crawfordville. Isiah Gerald Hines and Michael Angelo Godlbolt, Jr. are now in custody. Tavaris Lamar Booth is the only suspect not in custody as he is out of the county.
Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office detectives have issued arrest warrants for three Sopchoppy residents and two Crawfordville men who were identified as having participated in a Dec. 23 robbery of a Pizza Hut delivery woman in Crawfordville, according to Sheriff David Harvey.
Tevin Deante Garner, 18, and Isiah Gerald Hines, 21, both of Crawfordville, and Michael Angelo Godbolt, Jr., 19, Tavaris Lamar Booth, 19 and Wilton Booth, 20, all of Sopchoppy, face charges of robbery by sudden snatching without a firearm.
The five men ordered four pizzas and used the home of an elderly Crawfordville man to conduct their scheme. A 20-year-old female delivery person arrived on the scene to deliver the pizzas and met Wilton Booth who was sitting on the porch of the home. While Wilton Booth and the delivery person talked, Michael Godbolt, Jr. came out from a concealed location and grabbed the pizzas. The five men ran to a waiting vehicle behind the residence, threw the pizza carry out bag into the woods and left the scene.
Detectives recovered the pizza bag and the victim was able to identify one of the suspects involved in the caper. Detectives interviewed several of the suspects who admitted their involvement. Garner is in custody and the others are expected to turn themselves in or be picked up by deputies. The value of the stolen pizza and pizza carry out bag was $107. Detectives Nick Boutwell and Derek Lawhon investigated.
Pictures of Garner and Booth, furnished by WCSO, are attached.
