Bainbridge Public Safety arrested 22 year old Kewia Jackson and charged her with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute on Thursday, July 25 after conducting a narcotics investigation.

Around 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, officers pulled over Jackson’s car on Dothan Road. After requesting consent to search the vehicle, officers found powder and crack cocaine that weighed approximately seven (7) grams and had a street value of approximately $1000 in the vehicle’s glove compartment.

Jackson and two passengers were transported to BPS headquarters. After being interviewed, the passengers were released. Jackson was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and driving without a valid license.
