Hey YaYa-what an incredible job of standing up for yourself! I am white- having worked in situations like this I can honestly say I don't believe this is a white/black thing but rather a robber/person determined to not be a victim thing. All people should reject this crime and the people- black/white/yellow/brown that put innocent people in harms way. Bravo again to YOU!

I wonder if she threw canned peaches? I love canned peaches. It is sad what our country has come to. Without hope, love, or tolerance for anyone; even disabled people get smeared on these sites. I am not looking forward to the future if something really bad happens like nuclear war or famine. Then, the real dogs will be out on the loose.

I am proud of the African American clerk who defended herself by throwing canned goods to thwart the robber. Bill Proctor would have thrown a loaf of bread. Bill Proctor is the one who should be canned. Robbers do not cause as much damage as he does to our community.

More than likely if you read such a comment it was on a story about a white criminal, their people love to make up excuses for each other.

Bill Proctor : Look into the picture and you will find your answer as to why Hispanic people are getting the jobs. They are willing to work. I have yet to see a Hispanic laborer in a robbery attempt in Tallahassee. They are either Caucasian or Black. We need to arm our banks with canned goods.
