An autopsy report has just been released in that deadly shootout inside a Perry car dealership.
FDLE says Earl Edward Clague crashed his truck through the wall of Timberland Ford and opened fire back in February. He was shot and killed by a deputy who happened to be there getting an oil change.
The medical examiner says Clague was shot twice, once in the chest and once in the back.
The report shows Clague had alcohol in his system and traces of two anti-depressants in his system when he died.
The medical examiner found two unspent bullets in the body bag too.
