Tallahassee,FL - A tow truck driver arrived Friday morning to haul away the vehicle of 33-year-old Enrico Denis. He was shot inside of a home off of Stoneler Road in Tallahassee after a disturbance was reported. We spoke to a family that has lived on the street for more than 50 years and they said Stoneler Road is usually very quiet. "We are out in the country. You hear the sirens on Interstate 10 out on Capital Circle, you don't hear the sirens out here," said Theodore Brown, Neighbor.
LCSO confirmed that 21-year-old Ryne Turner shot Denis in the neck, he was taken to TMH for further treatment. LCSO also says there had been a Domestic Violence Injunction at the home involving Denis. "All of the factors, especially those pertaining to the Injunction will be taken into consideration before charges are filed in this case," LT. McQuaig.
The investigation is ongoing and LCSO said charges will be coming.
