On December 5th 2010 an armed home invasion robbery occurred in the area of Suttor Rd. Officers arrived on scene and came in contact with several suspects fleeing the area. One of the suspects fired shots at a Police Officer giving chase. A short vehicle pursuit occurred and the suspects were able to escape. Probable cause was established for Derek Williams for the crimes of Armed Robbery, Armed Burglary, Burglary Person Assaulted and Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.
