UPDATED 11.17.2011 by Julie Montanaro 12:40pm

Tallahassee Police have taken down the crime tape at T.G.I Fridays and employees and managers have been allowed back inside.

Employees swept up the broken glass and taped handwritten signs on the doors indicating the restaurant was closed.

A steady stream of lunch customers pulled up only to discover the restaurant was closed.

"Nothing surprises me anymore," one man said when he heard about the robbery.

We have no word yet from managers on when the restaurant will reopen.

A trio of robbers struck at T.G.I. Friday's and beat up the employees. Tallahassee police are still looking for the culprits.

Police aren't saying much, except that they are looking for three black men. Eyewitness News spoke with the owner and managers and they tell us there were three employees at the restaurant at the time, and that they had just opened up to start prepping for lunch.

The managers tell us the robbers beat up the employees, but no one was shot. The managers tell us that all three are being treated at the hospital right now.

T.G.I. Friday's employees are lined up on the curb at the parking lot, waiting on word of when the restaurant will open.

Forensics crews are still going in and out of the restaurant collecting evidence.

One employee told us her colleagues were locked in the freezer, but TPD will not confirm that at this point.

We are also awaiting a description of the robbers and a possible getaway car.

To: Where are you from you, Your comment to me "You need to stop blaming everyone but him." Would have been better stated if you told the cook himself that he needs to stop blaming everyone but him. Don't you think.

It interesting to me that when the black cook blame the whites for his problem none of the blacks said anything. The minute the white person blamed the blacks for the black cook problem then, and only then, did the blacks begin to blame the the black cook for his own problems and try to make him take responsibility for fixing them.

Tallahassee is starting to sound like a third world country. Next it will be just like mexico and the beheadings. Isn't it wonderful how the leaders dodge their responsibility and do nothing.

We should elect Bill Proctor as Governor. He would helps us with crimes like this. He is an expert in criminal behavior.Dennis Jones is an expert painter and has made his marks on Tallahassee. We need good people like him out working in the community. You do not see police chiefs in other cities out painting. Just look at Thomasville. They have a very low crime rate and cannot even compare to Tallahassee. We are a solid # 8 according to Forbes. Thank you Chief Jones for a job well done !

Lindsay Lohan violated he prohibation and went out and hireds these thugs to rob our resterants and get publicly for her new movie and playboy magazine which is not very good. The policeman should look into the movies stars because they be committing a lots of crimes. Them movie stars be commiting racial verbals to. That is why they took Mel Gibson out of 2 and half men and puts another white guy.
