Frazier Jefferson, needs your help finding the person he says has forever changed his life.
Back on May 4th around 4:30 in the afternoon, Jefferson says he was traveling south on Thomasville Road and slowed down when the person in front of him signaled to turn.
The person behind Jefferson did not slow down, instead, slammed into the back of his car near Mimosa road, and then took off.
Friday, the 74-year-old lies in HealthSouth rehab after suffering a broken vertebra in his neck. He says he will have use a wheel chair and had to learn a new way to eat.
Jefferson worked as a crossing guard for a private school.
"I just pray they find him. I just want to see them See what kind of person did this." says Jefferson.
The suspect vehicle is described as a mid to late 90's gray/silver Toyota or Nissan pick-up truck. The pick-up truck should have front bumper damage.

On May 4, 2011 at approximately 4:33 PM the Tallahassee Police Department responded to Thomasville Road and Mimosa Drive in reference to a hit and run crash with injuries. The suspect vehicle rear ended a vehicle being driven by Frazier Jefferson (74 years of age). Mr. Jefferson suffered a broken vertebra in his neck as a result of the crash. The suspect vehicle fled the scene southbound immediately after the crash. The suspect vehicle is described as a mid to late 90’s gray/silver Toyota or Nissan pick-up truck. The pick-up truck should have front bumper damage.

On May 4th around 4:33pm, a traffic crash occurred in the area of Thomasville Rd and Mimosa Dr. Three vehicles were involved, but the at-fault driver fled the scene in the vehicle.
Crimestoppers is asking for your help to locate this subject. At this time, all that is known is that the at-fault vehicle was possibly a medium gray, late 90’s model Nissan pickup truck. The other vehicles involved were a white Toyota 4dr and Gold Honda SUV.
One of the parties involved sustained serious bodily injuries due to the crash.
