Tallahassee Waffle House Robbed

A man robs a local waffle house and leaves with cash.

The Leon County Sheriff's Office said that around 2AM this morning (1/11) the suspect went into the Waffle House located at 3500 Apalachee Parkway with a handgun. Deputies say the suspect demanded cash and the left the Waffle House on foot.

Deputies are still searching for the suspect, described as a black man, about five feet and eleven inches tall, weighing around two hundred and twenty pounds, wearing shorts and a dark hoodie.

No one was injured.

    I think once the employment goes back up. It just going to get worst. The signs of the time. I should know it hard to find a good job now days.

    No hiding who you are....your post cracked me up!....I could just picture somebody with wind "turbines" on their head. I think the correct spelling should be "turban".... Turban is an English word used to refer to several sorts of headwear. lol

    The no hoodie rule sounds pretty dumb to me I wear my hoody just about everyday when its cold. To cover up my ears. Just because i have on a hoody means nothing. I have never robbed anywhere. I go in stores all the time with it own. I do pull it down though because i do understand thats how people think. But outlawing hoodies come on now. Like that is a solution thats gonna stop crime

    These numerous attacks should be considered TERRORISM, this is an epidemic, these "usual suspect" need to be targeted by Homeland Security. We are being attacked 10x's more by these morons than any outside force. Our towns are being destroyed, our schools, rape murder and robbery committed most by less than 6% of the population!! Trust your instincts when approached by "strangers".
