The Valdosta Police Department is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the offender or offenders in the murder of Milton Jones who was brutally murdered on September 28, 2008.
An armed robbery happened at the Focus Credit Union at the corner of Pat Thomas and Martin Luther King in Quincy. Gadsden County Schools lock down canceled. QPD is still in the process of extracting photos from the credit union’s system with FDLE’s assistance.
Attached are photos of a man who is a person of interest in numerous car burglaries from April through July. The suspect is breaking windows out of vehicles and stealing purses and electronics, according to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.
On July 12, 2011 at approximately 9:20pm, officers from the Valdosta Police Department responded to the Family Dollar at 2021 Marion Street in reference to a robbery.
