Orlando, Florida (AP) --
A killer whale who was the first to be born successfully at SeaWorld Orlando has died.
Twenty-five-year-old Kalina grew ill Monday afternoon (Oct. 4) and died
in the early evening. A park spokesman says the whale was eating
well and seemed healthy just a day before.
Results of a necropsy won't be available for several weeks.
Kalina was born at the park in 1985 and later became a mother to
several calves herself.
