Tallahassee, FL - A 14 year old wanted for murder was arrested in Tallahassee this afternoon.

U.S. Marshals found Franco Thomas playing cards in front of a home on Elberta Street late this afternoon.

Thomas has been on the run since July. He was wanted for a murder in St. Petersburg, FL.

U.S. Marshals say Thomas beat a man to death with a shotgun during a home invasion robbery.

Marshals believe Thomas was staying with a family friend in Tallahassee, across the street from where he was arrested.
