Four people face several charges after police say they found a meth lab in their Winter Haven apartment.
The four are being held in the Polk County Jail. Jail records do not list an attorney for them.
Police say 44-year-old Tammy Hill Ryan and 43-year-old Edward Harvey are charged with maintaining a dwelling for manufacturing with a minor present and possession of methamphetamine in a housing facility with intent to sell. Police found an active lab inside Tammy Ryan's apartment Friday morning. The teen was seen pouring an unknown substance down the kitchen drain when police arrived. The active lab was discovered in one of the bedrooms.
