Panacea, FL-Dozens of people got chance to try some good wine and get up-close and personal with some marine life Sunday.
It was for the annual Sharks and Chablis Wine-Tasting fundraiser.
The event raises money for the Gulf Specimen Marine Lab and Aquarium.
The lab works to help educate people on marine life in our area.
This year's event was done in honor of one of the Gulf Specimen Marine Lab and Aquarium's founders, Anne Rudloe. She died last year.
"Anne Rudloe was a great person. She was very well known in the community. She's an environmental activist and she is crucial in making this facility into a reality," said Cypress Rudloe, her son.
