The reason city hall and Net Quincy are without phone service is because they did not pay their bill. The company that provides service to them cut them off for non-payment. The city says it's because of "technical difficulties." NOT

TDS is the local telephone company in Quincy and telephone internet and video service is available from them. Not sure what the issue is with NetQuincy but they distributed fliers to local residents yesterday advising them to call TDS numbers to reach City Hall. Call 888-225-5837 to request service from TDS.
