UPDATE 2-14-2011 4:05pm By Jill Chandler
For the second time in a week, Florida State running back Jermaine Thomas has been arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license.
Thomas was first arrested February 4th, and less than a week later, on the 11th, he was pulled over in Leon County for the same thing.
He was released on bond the same day, posting $500 dollars.
Because it is only a misdemeanor, Florida State has not suspended their starting running back and will not comment on what punishment, if any, Thomas will receive.

Jermaine Thomas, a running back for the Seminoles, was arrested Friday for a non-moving traffic violation while driving with a suspended license.
He was released the same day. It was his first offense.
