19-year-old Robert Black was arrested at Wildwood apartments on campus Wednesday night (1/12).

FSU police officers were responding to a tip of an overwhelming smell of Marijuana.. When Black opened the door officers say his eyes were blood shot and watery.

Initially, Black refused a search but then opened a desk drawer revealing marijuana, ecstasy and a scale. Some of the drugs were packaged in baggies.

FSU Police say the packaging and scale led them to believe Black planned to sell the drugs.
