Gov. Scott Appoints Seven To Madison County Health And Hospital Board

Tallahassee, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced one appointment and six reappointments to the Madison County Health and Hospital Board.

Rosa Richardson, 63, of Madison, is the executive director of the Senior Citizens Council of Madison County Inc. She fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning January 13, 2014, and ending June 30, 2014.

Oliver J. Bradley, 65, of Greenville, is the veteran service officer for Madison County. He is reappointed for a term beginning January 13, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015.

Isham B. “Ben” Harris, 70, of Madison, is retired and was previously a bureau chief for the Florida Department of Commerce from 1973 to 1993. He is reappointed for a term beginning January 13, 2014, and ending June 30, 2016.

Karen A. Johnson, 42, of Madison, is the owner of Johnson & Johnson Transport Inc. She is reappointed for a term beginning January 13, 2014, and ending June 30, 2016.

Shirley D. Joseph, 57, of Madison, is the coordinator of assessments for the Madison County School Board. She is reappointed for a term beginning January 13, 2014, and ending June 30, 2017.

Howard O. Phillips, 65, of Madison, is the executive vice president and CFO of Madison County Community Bank. He is reappointed for a term beginning January 13, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015.

James J. Sale III, 66, of Madison, is the president of Sale High Point Farm Inc. He is reappointed for a term beginning January 13, 2014, and ending June 30, 2014.
