Florida Department of Transporatation Release

Chipley – Guardrail work causing temporary closures of the outside shoulders along I-10 in Tallahassee will occur Tuesday, Dec. 5 and Wednesday, Dec. 6. Eastbound work will occur Tuesday, Dec. 4 at mile marker 190.4 and at mile marker 197.1. Westbound activities will take place Wednesday, Dec. 5 near mile marker 197.4. Shoulder closures will remain in effect from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily.

All activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather. Drivers are reminded to pay attention to the speed limit when traveling through the construction area, and to use caution, especially at night when driving in work zones.
