Tallahassee, Florida- August 16, 2012

The City of Tallahassee and Premier Health and Fitness are working together to improve the health of the people of Tallahassee. Premier is offering free fitness activities through the end of the month.

The partnership coincides with the City's 95210 initiative which encourages people to get at least one hour of exercise a day.

"To get an hour of activity into your life every day, you're going to see so many different benefits. It's really a form of preventive health care. It's right there with getting proper sleep, getting proper nutrition," says Len Harvey of Premier Fitness.

You can contact the club to learn more about its programs. Nine-five-two-one-zero stands for 9 hours of sleep, 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 2 hours of screen time, one hour of exercise and zero sugary drinks.
