Last Weekend to Catch Recreational Red Snapper
According to FWC, the last day to catch recreational red snapper fishing along the Gulf is Monday July 18th.
The closure is being put in place to limit the harvest of red snapper in the Gulf. It's their hope to rebuild overfished stocks so that fisherman can enjoy better red snapper fishing in the future.
