Law for All

Folks with questions on any civil matter got to see a lawyer for free Wednesday.

The 9th Annual 'Law for All' event was held at the Leon County Courthouse.

Attorneys were available to give free advice on civil issues ranging from landlord/tenant concerns, employment, property disputes, money, and family law.

Kathy Maus, Tallahassee Bar Association President, said, "It always feels great to help people. The Tallahassee bar Association in conjunction with the Legal Foundation, that is one of their main objectives is to be able to give back to the community and this is one way in which we can do that."

    The function ended abruptly after some ambulances were seen speeding by the venue. All of the lawyers were last seen eastbound on foot in pursuit of the ambulances.
