Madison, FL -- May 28, 2012 --
With imminent weather from Beryl on their doorsteps over 50 Madison residents gathered in the city's Four Freedoms Park to remember and honor the veterans of all wars on this Memorial Day.
It was a time to let all know that those who did not return from their service to America are not forgotten--and neither are their families.
The program included patriotic music, the pledge to the flag, inspirational talks and a very special flag burning ceremony to properly end the useful life of flags too worn to be displayed.
The wind and rain was just a reminder of what our troops endure while serving the United States of America.
