A Tennessee man accused of obscene on line chats with a Tallahassee teenager has posted a $30,000 bond and is on his way back home with his parents.
John Kinsey made his first appearance before a judge this morning. He'll have to wear a GPS tracking device, is barred from any contact with children under 18 and is forbidden from using the internet at all.
Kinsey's attorney, John Eagan, said "There are two sides to every story and he is innocent until proven guilty."
Eagan says Kinsey has no prior criminal history.

A Tennessee man is now in jail in Tallahassee. He's accused of sending obscene pictures of himself to a 14 year old foster child.
John Kinsey is facing felony charges for it. Arrest papers say he had a series of lewd conversations with a Tallahassee teen and not only sent a picture of himself in his underwear, but sent pictures of his private parts too.
A caseworker discovered the lewd conversations on the teen's facebook page and later discovered the photos.
Tallahassee Police were able to track Kinsey's IP address to Tennessee.
