Madison County Sheriff Ben Stewart reports on the final case status of an undercover drug buy operation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force back in 2009. The case resulted in Ben Lamont Denson being arrested and charged with 1 count of Possession with intent to sell cocaine and 1 count of sell of cocaine on January 5, 2010. As a result of the investigation and arrest, a jury trial has been completed and a verdict returned of guilty as charged.

Ben Lamont Denson received a sentence of 10 years in the Department of Corrections and 10 years of probation to follow.
