Fort Walton Beach, FL - Wildlife officials have identified the airman from Hurlburt Field who died after a boating accident in the Florida Panhandle.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission identified the airman Monday as 20-year-old Colby Siegel. The commission told the Northwest Florida Daily News (http://bit.ly/RXqdwt ) his body was found near the marker his boat struck.

The body was found Sunday morning. A cause of death has not yet been released.

Authorities say the boat Siegel, 19-year-old Taylor Wimberly and 23-year-old Derek Richards were riding on grounded itself after the accident. Wimberly and Richards were not seriously injured.

Hurlburt Field is the Air Force's Special Operations Command headquarters.
