[UPDATE] Quincy Police Looking for Help to Locate Criminal

In a press release issued by the Quincy Police Department on October 25, the department stated that Dondrick Kirkland was arrested on a traffic stop. QPD has not released any other information at this time.

Quincy, FL -

The Quincy Police Department is attempting to locate Donderick Leonard Kirkland. The subject has an active warrant for his arrest for aggravated battery. Kirkland committed the aggravated battery October 15, 2010 in Quincy, Florida at the Gadsden Arms.

At approximately 12:15 a.m., QPD was dispatched to Gadsden Arms Apartments in reference to a stabbing that had occurred. Upon arrival, QPD made contact with the victim. The victim was lying on the ground and needed to be transported via Life-Flight to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for treatment.

The witnesses stated that a group were sitting outdoors when they observed a man Dondrick Kirkland knocking on the apartment door. Witness stated that Kirkland struck one of the victims and a physical altercation ensued. Witnessed observed Kirkland displayed a knife and he began to swing and cut the victim on the neck.

Last known address of Kirkland was 1922 Spooner Rd Quincy, Florida.
