The president of Tallahassee Community College testified on Capitol Hill today.
Jim Murdaugh joined other educators in Washington D.C. today to discuss college affordability.
He told a U.S. Senate Committee that access is only real for those who can afford it.
Murdaugh touted a recent decision not to raise tuition.
Murdaugh said schools should focus on academic planning as a way to both save money and move students toward graduation more quickly.
