[UPDATE] TPD Investigating Death In McDonald's Parking Lot

Police have identified a man who was found dead in a dumpster at a busy McDonalds restaurant on Thursday night (10-28).
The man is 57 year old David Zamiska and Tallahassee Police say his death appears to be an accident.
A TPD spokesman says Zamiska was trying to climb into a dumpster filled with cardboard and somehow his head got stuck in the door.
Police taped off a portion of the parking lot at the McDonald's at 34-88 Thomasville Road to investigate the death Thursday afternoon.
No word yet on the exact cause of death.

A man was found dead in a dumpster behind the McDondald's on Thomasville Road Thursday evening.

Police say 57 year old David Zamiska was found deceased.

Tallahassee Police stress they do not suspect foul play, but tell us an autopsy is scheduled for 11am today.

We're still awaiting word on the man's identity.

Susan Newhouse with the Tallahassee Police Department says investigators say they do not expect foul play at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.

Tallahassee, FL - The Tallahassee Police Department is investigating a death at 3488 Thomasville Road. Not much has been released about the death investigation, other than it occurred at a local McDonald's. TPD had taped off an area around the dumpster in the parking lot, but the fast food restaurant remained open for business.
