The Tallahassee Police Department as issued a statement, notifying the public that James Dillion has been found and is unharmed. This is all of the information TPD gave at this time.


Tallahassee, FL -

The Tallahassee Police Department has issued a missing endangered juvenile alert for James Dillard. He is a 16 year old black male, 5’06", 160 lbs, medium colored skin, brown eyes, short afro, last seen wearing a white and blue shirt, black athletic pants, black shoes, black hat, and carrying a blue backpack. He was last seen in the area of 1010 Basin St.
Dillard suffers from cardiac disease and is prone to passing out

The Tallahassee Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is seeking information on the location of this subject.

    Where does it say anything about him running away? I don't see anything about that in this story.

    I see the TPD notice is dated 10/13 and they said "runaway". When did he go missing? And why do they think he ran away?
