A local convenience store is robbed - and workers say it's not the first time it's been hit.

Friday wasn't a typical day for Time Saver Convenience Store clerk Tiffney Brooks. That's because she was robbed about 45 minutes after the start of her shift.

She says, "He come in and he was pointing a gun at me so I was really scared, I was really scared."

And to make matters worse, Brooks says she was working in the store alone when it all went down just before 5 Friday afternoon.

Brooks says, "He told me to give him everything that I had, so I did that because I really thought he was gonna shoot me."

Tallahassee Police say the suspect got away on foot and no one was injured.

Taylor Guistwite who works next door to the convenience store says now he's being more cautious. He says, "We should definitely take extra precaution, watch our backs out here - it's a crazy world, you never know what's going to happen."

Brooks says, "Just be aware of everything going on because I didn't even see him come through the door. I heard the door open and he just ran around the corner."

Brooks says this is the third time in a month that the convenience store has been robbed, but now she says if she continues to work there, she'll definitely be on high alert.

Tallahassee Police say the robber is identified as a black man wearing blue jeans and a blue jacket.

If you have any information on the suspect call the Tallahassee Police Department or CRIMESTOPPERS at 850-574-TIPS (8744).
