TallahasseeVoices: Citizens Speak Out on Mayor Marks
TallahasseeVoices is a pro bono internet survey panel sponsored by Kerr & Downs Research. This survey was conducted in September 2011. 511 of the 5,000+ panel members responded. Results were weighted to reflect the demographics of the 90%+ local residents who have access to the Internet at home, work, or school.
Citizens speak out about Mayor Marks in a survey conducted April 1, 2011 and then again on September 15, 2011

•88% of voters in April and 78% of voters in September believe Mayor Marks should be fined based on the favorable vote he cast in September on a project involving Alliance for Digital Equality, a firm from which he had received $86,000 in consulting fees.
•A plurality* of citizens (46%) in April and a majority of citizens (60%) in September believe that Mayor Marks should step down from office based on this issue.
