TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – November 30, 2011
Enjoy a little Christmas cheer as Tallahassee Little Theatre proudly presents A Tuna Christmas, the hilarious sequel to Greater Tuna. The uproarious comedy A Tuna Christmas celebrates the holidays in the third smallest town in Texas where life is anything but normal.
Will Stanley complete his probation?
Will Vera win the holiday decoration trophy for the 15th year in a row?
Will Bertha find her husband Hank?
Will the lights stay on for Joe Bob’s production of A Christmas Carol?
Will Pearl ever get rid of the blue jays in her yard?
Will Didi finally get to enjoy the holidays?
Will Arles finally find love?
Take a visit to Tuna, Texas this holiday season to find out the answers to all these
questions, and enjoy a show full of laughs along the way.
Directed by M. Derek Nieves, A Tuna Christmas is both an affectionate commentary
and satirical representation of life in a small town, Southern life and attitudes. Talented
actors Krystof Kage and Kelly Stever Elliott portray all 22 quirky characters of Tuna, Texas,
making split second changes with costumes, props and wigs.
A Tuna Christmas will play on the TLT Mainstage December 15th-17th at 8pm and
