The Oil Spill Lie

Tallahassee, FL -

It was a tough summer for Marine Biologist Jack Rudloe who spoke truth to power, while the powerful ignored his cries. The state and federal government claimed 75 percent of the oil from the BP spill was gone by early August.

Rudloe insisted the claim, along with dozens more made by those in charge, was wrong.

“I don’t trust them. And I’ve always respected loved and admired the Coast Guard and felt wonderful about them, but I think this stinks,” said Rudloe.

Now a report from an independent commission confirms what Rudloe knew all along; the Feds have no real evidence to back their claim that the oil is mostly gone. Another misleading statistic highlighted by the commission has to due with the amount of oil we were told was being leaked. The feds really lowballed us.

Initially the government went along with BP’s claims that 1-thousand barrels a day were leaking into the gulf. They later raised it to 5-thousand. It was actually 60-thousand barrels, and there’s proof the feds had reason to believe they were lying. Environmentalists Eric Draper says the misleading figures may have hampered the response.

“They could have gotten out there and cleaned up more of that oil more quickly and prevented some of the damage that took place to our birds and too our economy,” said Draper.

Since BP could be fined by the barrel, there’s motive behind its misleading statistics. As for the feds, just look at what BP spent influencing them; 16 million dollars lobbying Congress, and half a million dollars in campaign contributions.

Environmentalists have been disheartened by the misleading statics. They say it’s given the public the perception that the crisis is over, but many of them believe Florida beaches could see more tar balls wash ashore, with even more damage to marine life miles off the coast.

I am not for big government. I am for big business. I think BP not the government is much more cable of fixing Florida's unemployment problems. Hold then financially accountable for Florida's Unemployment claims until they fix the problem. They are not going to go bankrupt. Unlike the government, they continuously produce money. They are spending millions on an ad campaign to restore their image. They would accomplish the same thing more effective if they spent the money instead on fixing Florida's High unemployment numbers. This administration is not for capitalism or big business, they are for big government. They want control. They are deliberately trying to destroy capitalism so they can implement "their Change" which is one nation under Islamic rule(sharia Law). I beg you to spend 10 minutes next time you are in the book store and thumb thru a Koran or a book on Islam and what Sharia law is all about. His father is Muslim. He was born Muslim and hid the information in my opinion. Why, unless you have an agenda would you do that?

Obama is so quick to blame Bush, let's see how fast he takes responsibility for his administration's lies about the oil spill. The oil spill is completely BP's responsibility. The responsibility for the government lies and cover-up is on the President.

BP is about to launch a new PR campaign from its website. In a leaked memo attained from a board member to Inside The Room, BP decided to acquire the BPCares domains to counter the false perceiption that the oil giant has a weak corporate culture towards the environment. The BPCares domains that was was acquired are: BP is expected to launch the new website soon.

The government has been lying to us prior to the Obama Administration, so quit blaming Obama! Blame BP! You all love to talk bad about Obama, but when it comes to drilling for oil in the gulf you all want them to drill, its the same thing over and over drill baby drill! BP has no restrictions and no new rules, if you haven't figured it out yet, its the big business that rule this country, not the Obama Administration and it has been this way for ever.
