Beware of falling gas prices. Folks were lining up at a USA Gas station in Tallahassee to fill up for $3.49 a gallon for regular.

"Pretty cheap, pretty cheap, and you see why there are so many people around here trying to get gas, there's lines literally to get gas," said Tallahassee driver Lawrence Bryant.

Gasbuddy.com says that as of May 7th the average price for a gallon of regular is $3.67, down about 7 cents since the previous week. The national average is $3.77, down almost 3 cents in the last week.

At $3.49, USA Petro has the cheapest prices in town. So when was the last time drivers saw the price this low?

"Ummm, February?" chuckled Bryant. "You know in March it kept going up!"

He's right. Tallahassee averaged $3.49 a gallon right at the end of January going into February. Gas peaked at an avearge of $3.91 a gallon in early April. From that peak to this price, gas is down more than 40 cents!

"It's $3.49 here, it's $3.86 in Medart, it's $3.79 in Crawfordville at the Wal-Mart, that is a huge difference," said driver Dolly Mitchell.
