Chipley- The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Three continues to monitor weather forecasts for Northwest Florida and take necessary precautions for the arrival of rain and icy conditions. Equipment has been loaded with sand and is ready for deployment as needed across the Panhandle. Regional road advisories will be posted on Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) on Interstate 10 in Pensacola and Tallahassee. Overhead Message Boards will also carry roadway information in Bay County.
As of 1 p.m. CST Tuesday, Jan. 28, there are no road or bridge closures on the state highway system.
