Has it ever crossed your mind? Jumping out of a plane, getting on the seat of a motocross bike and revving the engine? Have you ever wanted to do something daring but just don't know if you could? Your probably not the only one.
"Motocross is a very exciting sport, that you can see on TV more and more, so there is definitely a possibility that somebody out there wants to try and do motocross." says Motocross Champion, Stefy Bau.
"People don't usually have the right perspective on what climbing really is, so I always try to encourage them to come into the gym and talk to the consistent climbers, the regulars and see what actually climbing is all about," adds Jeff Willis, Rock Climber.
"It's there, it's available, and I encourage everyone to at least try it," says skydiver Tom Balboni.
And with all these sports, don't think age is an issue- As they say your only as young as you feel!
"We have people from all age ranges. I took a lady last week who was around 80. It was something she had on her bucket list, she wanted to experience the thrill of skydiving before she left , so we took her up and we were able to accommodate her." adds Balboni.
Hundreds of people take it to the extreme everyday, and although it does come with a risk- taking that risk might just prove worth while.
"It's a safely, safe sport. in the way if you have the right training, you can start by going to a motocross school, and have people that did this sport before teach you the right steps in approaching this sport." says Bau.
"its more than just grabbing hold and moving up a wall, Its a complete challenge that we create in the indoor gym, and that's created by nature outside, and we always try and represent what you find outside to train for climbing outside because that's to ultimate goal." says Willis.
" There's a lot more to skydiving them strapping on a parachute and jumping out of an airplane. And for me, what its been for me for the past 30 years really are the people who are involved in it. People from all different walks of life. We erase all social status lines out here, we're all equal. If you're a skydiver you're part of the group. Its a big family the world over. " adds Balboni.
"Don't be afraid, just go for it. Go where your heart bring you to."
So may your heart bring you to do something extreme and full of extreme excitement.
