A contractor was crushed and killed after a loading dock on a hydraulic lift collapsed at Atlanta's airport.
Emergency responders say the accident happened at a cargo area at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
Dozens of firefighters worked for nearly three hours to free the man, with a medical helicopter on standby. They used a crane to remove the loading dock.
Firefighters say he was semi-conscious for a short time but died before they could get to him.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
