A South Georgia man is arrested and charged with 6 counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children on Thursday afternoon.
Our partners at say the Georgia Bureau of Investigations received a tip from both a state and federal agency in November 2010.

That investigation led authorities to confiscate Aaron Hewett's computer from his residence at 2729 Belched Lane Lot 15.
Recent results from forensic examinations of the computer led authorities to execute an arrest warrant for Hewett.

He was arrested and transported to Decatur County Jail.

JavaSctip is a coputer language that allows the author to have access to you computer. You all have been on Ebay clicked on a thumbnail and had it open a large image into a box on the same page. That is javaScript. In you do a search on your computer for all .jpg files you will find a bunch of images on your hard drive that you never put there. That what scipting language does and anybody who is ever on the internet can have pictures put on there hard drive that they did not intend. I just not for this type of prosecution. Nobody's computer is secure and anybody can access it if they set thier mind to it.

I'm white...but have to agree. Something went wrong in the gene pool in some of these people. They all tend to have the same "look". And I don't just mean white. It's the facial features.

Every day someone is getting arrested on porn charges. Yet every day we have more murders, shootings, rapes, armed robberies and the like that go unsolved. I agree that Child Porn is a crime and is awful, but somehow I think it would be more important to catch murderers, rapists and the like before we worry about moral crimes. Those making the child porn are physically harming children and we do need to spend the money to catch them. But someone in their home looking at those pictures, while abhorrent, is not doing physical harm. Murderers, rapists and even those using force to commit any crime are harming people much more then many of the "child porn" criminals. There seems to be a disproportionate amount of money spent on catching them versus the actual harm they do.

Catching those that view it is part of the process to catching the ones that create it.
